quello che non capisco è questo , ho giocato al free spin , da 200 euro ero arrivato oltre i 400 , ho smesso e mi hanno detto dalla schermata che il bonus massimo era di 150.

Ho fatto il deposito da 20 euro e richiesto l'accredito del bonus , ora mi scrivono questo....bho...sapete che devo fare?

Anch'io ho fatto cassa con Platinum, proprio ieri notte. Sono riuscito a salire a 277.5 Euro. Ho aperto un conto reale e nel giro di 10 minuti mi hanno trasferito il bonus ottenuto (200 / 277.5 = 77.5) direttamente sul conto reale. Quindi ai 20 depositati si sono aggiunti i 77 euro, li ho giocati finche' non ho liberato una parte del bonus e poi chiesto il prelievo come i normali ez bonus.

Exedes si sono sbagliati, tu hai depositato 20 e come wagering dovresti avere 0 non 20.75. spiega loro questo problema

mi stà venendo un dubbio,possibile che no ho fatto il minimo di scommessa? non bisogna fare 200 euro?
