...dopo avere soddisfatto i requisiti legati al playthrough.

Ho versato 40 euro da NETeller (ora è in corso una promozione 125%) ottenendone 90.

Il playthrough richiesto è 1 volta il deposito (quindi 40) + 15 volte il bonus (quindi 50 x 15) totale 790 euro.

Ho giocato approssimativamente tragli 850 ed i 900 euro, però andando nella sezione cashier i 150 euro che ho raggiunto non risultano prelevabili.

A qualcuno è già successo?

Nel frattempo, ieri sera, incacchiato come una bestia ho continuato a giocare arrivando a 410 euro!!! senza però usare le slot o keno, quindi dovrei fare ancora 1800 euro di giocate, secondo loro.

Thank you for your kind reply, but you sent me a promotional e-mail regarding the 125% bonus (code FEHP3) without any indication about the wagering requirement.

So I read yuor GENERAL promotion conditions (pasted below) thinking that they were valid for the 125% bonus also.

"Promotion Conditions:

All bonuses must be redeemed separately. You are entitled to request a withdraw of any portion of your deposit subject to bonus terms. Reversing a withdrawal on the cashier does not count towards any coupon code, unless otherwise stated. You may cash out your bonus(s) only after you have completed the required playthrough, stated for each coupon independently.

To cash out a deposit, you must wager the deposit at least once. Coupon any bonus of 100% or more requires 15X wagers of deposit and bonus to be eligible for a withdrawal. Money wagered in Bingo, Pontoon, Roulette, MultiPlayer Poker, Craps and Baccarat play does NOT count toward any playthrough requirement unless explicitly stated. Coupons for specific games cannot be used on any other games before wagering requirements are completed"

Only for that reason I made the deposit (BJ seemed to be allowed). Otherwise I wouln't have done this deposit cause I HATE slots.

I'm sorry, maybe my English didn't allow me to read correctly your promotion, but it seems to me that the special wagering requirement for the code FEHP3 wasn't indicated on the e-mail you sent me and I didn't found any specific indication on your site, so it seems to me that your behaviour has not been correct at all.

If I'm wrong, I apologize for that, but you must insure CLEAR RULES for all the players.

"Fair play" means also that, in my opinion.

Pensa che prima di fare il versamento ho cercato sul sito se c'erano condizioni particolari per quel bonus. Ma non ho trovato nulla.

Comunque, tutto sommato, è andata bene.

Ieri ho giocato alle slots e 100 euro sono riuscito a tenermeli.

Tra l'altro, verso la fine mi sono fatto cogliere dalla fretta (era mezzanotte e volevo chiedere la faccenda) passando alle puntate da 5 euro (prima giocavo con 1 euro) ed ho avuto la netta senzazione che il software sia predisposto per fare perdere più in fretta se si punta alto.

Mi spiego.

Dovevo arrivare a 1800 euro di giocate e partivo con 400 euro di capitale.

Dopo 1000 di giocate, mi sono ritrovato con 270, quindi la previsione di chiusura poteva essere attorno a 160.

Poi ho visto che era un pò tardi e sono passato a puntate da 5 arrivando a 1700 di giocate con un capitale di 65 euro.

Coi primi 1000 di giocate ho perso il 13%

Con gli ulteriori 700 di giocate ho perso quasi il 30%.

Dopo mi sono rimesso buono buono a fare puntate basse e 100 li ho portati a casa (60 di guadagno quindi, visto che il mio versamento era di 40).

Certo che passare da 400 a 100 per non aver letto bene i "wagering requirements" fa un pò incavolare.

Ho fatto una bella figura da pistola!!!!!!

Sbagliando s'impara e d'ora in poi starò molto più attento.
