Quando usi un free-chip al massimo puoi incassare una cifra pari al free chip stesso fino a 50$. Il free chip in sè non è incassabile (è come se fosse sticky: se vuoi incassare devi avere soldi in più oltre il free chip che ti hanno dato, che verrà sempre sottratto dalla cifra di cui richiederai l'incasso)

Questo punto mi è un po' oscuro:

se un giocatore desidera riversare le vincite da un free chip ad un deposito, il giocatore non pu' prendere alcun bonus ed il massimo cashout è di 10 volte il free chip.

Mi sa che è meglio se te lo fai spiegare da loro, ma in ogni caso vale solo se vinci di più del doppio del free chip che è il massimo incassabile.
