Salve a tutti, sono qui per dirvi che dal bella vegas ( microgaming) secondo me è meglio tenersi alla larga...

ieri scarico il software lo installo e mi iscrivo, deposito 150 dollari, leggo le terms del bonus primo deposito e quindi inizio a giocare perché se non punto almeno 1 volta il deposito non iniziano le 24 ore per accreditarmi il bonus, non mi và un granchè bene e comunque perdo. Oggi decido di controllare se hanno accreditato il bonus e sorpesa............. MI HANNO CHIUSO IL CONTO!!!

mi affretto a mandare una mail(in italiano, io non parlo inglese) e alla prima risposta mi dicono che PURTROPPO il mio conto è in dollari e non in euro ( questa non l'ho capita, al grand bay stesso gruppo del bella vegas ho il conto in dollari e mai un problema) e mi chiedono di mandargli i miei documenti. spedisco i miei documenti e sollecito il fatto che non capisco cumunque dove sia finito il MIO BONUs.........mi mandano la risposta che ora sono titolare di un nuovo conto in euro e che se voglio il bonus sul primo deposito mi basta telefonare al loro servizio assistenza in inglese e chiedere la MIA PASSWORD NUOVA CREATA DA LORO E DEPOSITARE DI NUOVO IN QUESTO CONTO!!! dopo questa loro mail ho perso la calma e ho risposto loro che erano dei disonesti e che sicuramente visto quello che era successo non avrei di certo depositato ancora!! mi rispondono praticamente dicendo che il mio primo conto non era LEGITTIMO ( ora il disonesto sarei io!!) e non possono accreditarmi il bonus sul nuovo conto, se prima ero nervoso ora vi lascio immaginare, mando un'altra mail facendogli presente che visto il problema (secondo loro!!) ha causato la chiusura dello stesso volevo sapere perché anno aspettato che finissi il mio deposito, circa una ventina di ore e che mi sembrava più corretto avermi restituito il deposito, sto ancora aspettando ed ho chiesto aiuto a gastardo in pm, mi sento al 10000% dalla parte della ragione.

ho anche provato ad chiamare il servizio clienti ma col mio inglese e andata male.

nell'ultima mail che gli ho mandato li ho minacciati propio usando il nome di casinomeister, il fatto che non conoscendo una parola di inglese non so come scrivere a casinomeister!!!!

rassegnati, casinomeister li ha messi nei casino cattivi e inaffidabili per questo motivo, ben presto ti chiuderanno gli altri conti in dollari che hai nei casino dello stesso gruppo, e' una loro politica!!!!!!

E' inutile scrivere a casinomeister, purtroppo devi solo adeguarti e mandare i documenti per farti chiudere i conti in dollari e aprirli in euro!!!!!!!

6. For the purpose of all bonus-promotions, dates and times shall be calculated according to Eastern Standard Time (EST) which is (GMT minus 5).

8. Irregularities between the name of the casino account holder, and the name of the individual identified with the method used to make deposits, will invalidate any offer.

9. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all deposits must be wagered, in full, at least once (1), before a promotional-bonus, specifically related to that deposit, will be credited.

10. FOR ANY BONUS-PROMOTION, the stipulated minimum purchase amount MUST BE WAGERED IN FULL to qualify for the promotional-bonus. Wagers on Craps and Roulette will not qualify towards the requirements for receiving any bonus. The promotional-bonus offer may only be cashed-in after the amount wagered is at least thirty (30) times the bonus amount. This means that if you have purchased, for example, $100 and received a bonus of $150 for free, you are required to wager $4500 (i.e. ($150 X 30) to cash out the bonus. The promotional-bonus credits will be available for 30 days after deposit into the player's account.

11. The minimum cash-in amount is $50.

12. A wager is defined in the following example: If you wager 10 credits each on two spins of Life of Luxury, winning 10 Credits on your first spin and losing 10 credits on the second spin, your credit balance will not change, HOWEVER, this counts as 20 credits wagered in full and fulfills your promotional-bonus obligation. Players can use the Microgaming PlayCheck facility to view their wagers.

13. Promotional-bonus offers by E-mail are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred.

14. Any player deviating from the promotional rules will be disqualified, however, their original wagering amount will be credited to their casino account.

15. In cases where a player has been identified as a bonus abuser in THE GRAND PRIVÉ GROUP or any of its associated casinos, GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS reserve the right to deny a player any download bonus on his / her first deposit. In such cases, the original deposit will be refunded, however, the player will not benefit from the bonus-promotion he / she is judged to have abused.

16. A bonus abuser is defined as a player who uses promotional-bonus money to deviously profit from bonus-promotions that are offered, in good faith, by the Casino with a view to gaining player loyalty. Such players generally accept bonuses, wager the minimum amount and immediately cash out. GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS reserve the right to take appropriate action against such Players.

17. GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS reserve the right to refuse a promotional-bonus for any reason deemed valid and appropriate including, but not restricted to, promotion abuse by a player.

18. GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS reserve the right to close accounts at any time, particularly when registration information is discovered to be incorrect or misleading, or when casino management deems the player's participation to be of dishonest intention and practice, or when there is a history of charge backs on purchases made.

19. GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS reserve the right to audit any and all cash-ins. GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS reserve the right to reclaim bonuses or winnings for failed audits - the original wagered amount will be credited to the player's casino account though.

20. GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS reserve the right to discontinue or cancel any promotion as and when management deems it appropriate.

21. The GRAND PRIVÉ bonus-promotions department is the sole judge with respect to any disputes regarding any promotional offer.

22. Each promotional-bonus rule shall be severable from each of the other rules and, if any rule is found to be void, invalid or unenforceable, for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in force and in effect.

23. The appropriate promotion-bonus will be automatically credited to the player's GRAND PRIVÉ CASINO account: Within 24-hours or on the first business day, after the player has completed registration, and ONLY if the minimum, appropriate wagering requirements have been met.

24. All competitions and bonus-promotions are limited to registered REAL players at GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOs only.

25. In order to qualify for subsequent promotion-bonuses, the Player will need to make a minimum purchase of $20 between the last bonus credited to their casino account and the date of their application for the next bonus offer.

26. Non-compliance with all promotion terms and conditions shall be deemed to be 'Promotion Abuse' and, as such, gives THE GRAND PRIVÉ GROUP's Management the right to, at its sole discretion, take appropriate actions in order to facilitate a gaming experience that is fair, entertaining and beneficial to all parties involved.

Casinomeister li ha messi nella lista dei cattivi perché non hanno pagato una grossa vincita ad un minorenne, non per altro. Invece di destinare i soldi della vincita in beneficenza se li son tenuti e quindi han fatto decisamente una brutta figura. Se sei maggiorenne comunque pagano.

Domani provo a contattarli io, in effetti killer45 ha ragione e i suoi diritti saranno tutelati anche senza ricorrere a casinomeister.

Ultimamente il gruppo di casino gran prive,vale a dire Bellavegas,grand bay,jupiter e lake palace sta creando non pochi problemi a tutti.

Bonus non assegnati,conti chiusi,se chiedi un prelievo con il metodo che hai depositato te lo approvano e poi dicono che il processore non funzione e di cambiare metodo di prelievo.

Molti miei amici hanno avuto problemi con questo gruppo anche se c'e' da dire che almeno un 20000€ siamo riusciti a fotterglieli.Ben gli sta.

Ma ora sono gli unici microgaming dove non giocare.

Purtroppo prima di contattarli ho controllato bene le terms&conditions (non quelle del bonus ma quelle generali) e ho trovato la parte che riguarda Killer45.

A real player may only register and partake in the currency of the country that he/she resides in.

I.e. Players residing in the USA may only open a USD account, players in the UK may only open a GBP account and players in Europe may only open an EUR account. Players residing in Asia, Australia and New Zealand may only open a USD account.

The only exceptions to this limitation are Canadian residents, who may open either a USD or CAD account.

In Europa vogliono solo conti in Euro. Non so quando hanno introdotto questa regola e anche se non è facile da trovare e non ha molto senso comunque c'è ed è scritta. Ora aggiorno la tabella per evitare che altri cadano nello stesso errore.

Ciao a tutti, Gastardo grazie per aver controllato, comunque continuo a non capire perché abbiano aspettato che finissi il mio deposito , e solo dopo hanno chiuso il conto......... sicuramente i 150 dollari non li rivedo , ma nessuno mi toglierà dalla testa che tutto è stato fatto in mala fede e che sicuramente non mi vedranno mai più , altro che depositare in euro!!!!!
