La cosa più irritante è che prendono come scusa gli aggiornamenti (dicendo che non possono dare il bonus adesso ma a fine mese) per giustificare invece un nuovo tipo di bonus, che probabilmente ci accompagnerà anche nei prossimi mesi

qualche mese fa la vecchia gestione del ritz aveva cercato di introdurre lo stesso bonus.

Allora novità importante: non è più wagerlogic ma è playtech poi c'è scritto nelle terms

"To receive a FREE £100 match deposit each and every 30 days, make a single deposit of £100. (Minimum deposit is £50 for a matching £50 bonus." Ok sarebbe a dire che depositi 100 e ricevi 100, identiche parole del vecchio ritz. Poi:

"It's easy, make a deposit of £50 or more, and we'll match it up to a maximum of £100. You now have 30 days to wager 40 times your allocated bonus or you will lose it. Once 30 days have elapsed, you will be eligible for another one!" E' FACILE, effettua un deposito di 50 o più e ti daremo fino a un massimo di 100. Avrai poi 30 giorni per scommettere 40 volte il bonus allocato o lo perderai. Dopo che saranno passati 30 giorni, sarai eligibile per un altro bonus. Ok, buonissimo mi pare ottimo. Poi:

"To save any confusion, we must point out that your pending bonus will not be visible in your account balance until the wagering requirements are satisfied." Per salvarti da ogni confusione, dobbiamo farti notare che il tuo bonus pendente NON SARA' VISIBILE NEL TUO BILANCIO FINO A CHE NON AVRAI SODDISFATTO IL MINIMO DI SCOMMESSE RICHIESTO.

Poi però dice anche che:

Morale della favola: dice che è come prima che depositi e ricevi il bonus, che per ritirare il bonus, devi prima puntare tot, non dicendo nulla quindi circa la possibilità di prelevare il proprio deposito..

Ma ora io mi chiedo: che ca..o vuol dire che "make a deposit of £50 or more, and we'll match it up to a maximum of £100"???? io ho depositato 100 e non ho ricevuto nulla. Direte"è perché non è visibile!!" ho capito, ma se non è visibile come porco diaz faccio a giocarlo?? Mi viene da pensare allora che il bonus sia del tipo giochi tot e ti diamo tot, ma allora questo "make a deposit of £50 or more, and we'll match it up to a maximum of £100"? cioè vuol dire che magari deposito 100 e gioco 3999 e perdo il deposito e loro non mi danno nulla?? ma porc...

ops, avevo interpretato male quella frase: credevo che volesse dire che come al solito non veniva mostrata nel cashier la percentuale del pending bonus completata e che dicesse di rivolgersi al supporto per sapere lo stato del bonus. Ma in effetti le parole "account balance" non lasciano molti dubbi.

In poche parole sarebbe allora tipo il Littlewoods, dove devi giocare solo soldi tuoi, solo che questo è addirittura 40X
