Purtroppo succede. Capisco che possa essere fastidioso essere accusato e poi essere escluso di fatto dai bonus, ma, se ti hanno pagato tutte le vincite non c'è ragione di prendersela più di tanto.

Ci sono casinò, non presenti nella lista per ovvi motivi, dove, dopo aver vinto parecchie centinaia di $ mi hanno tolto tutto restituendomi solo il deposito. Se avessi perso? Avrei potuto accusarli di 'player abuse' o 'skilled dealer'?

Questi almeno ti escludono dai bonus futuri.... tu lo sai ed eviti di depositare.

Per quanto riguarda la risposta puoi fare 2 cose: o mandare un'email di insulti per fargli fare 2 risate o risparmiare tempo e non rispondere.
